Unique new design for greater effectiveness and comfort on profiling beds. The foam underlay provides stability when manoeuvring or getting out of bed. Also available in Wide Extra Wide and Double Width versions. They are fitted with integral foam side extensions to ensure a level surface across the full width and to facilitate transfer to and from bed. Wide versions suitable for Bariatric patients.

Uses circular air cells that cannot topple and is combined with an integral foam under-layer that has built in hip and knee hinges. These hinges ensure that Galaxy 2000’s points of articulation are closer to the level of the spine and legs than the metal base for more effective pressure relief when sitting up.
